1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the yo999 website or any associated mobile platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of which section — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo or Bet — they choose to use.

yo999 reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on yo999. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, phone numbers or email addresses by the same person — are not permitted. yo999 may merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being permanently closed.

Account verification is required before withdrawal requests are processed. Verification involves submitting proof of identity and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. yo999 may request this documentation at any point and may hold withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed. 4Deposits

• All payment methods used to deposit must be in your own name and owned by you personally.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method you specify in the Cashier section. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. yo999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered account holder.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be verified. Verification requirements are outlined in Section 3. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until the required documentation is provided and reviewed.

• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals generally process faster than bank transfers.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit function for a specific market.
• yo999 reserves the right to void bets where odds have been published in error or where a system fault has generated incorrect pricing.
• In the event of a match, fixture or event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport and event type, as shown in the Sports rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• yo999 reserves the right to limit the stake amounts accepted from any individual account where unusual or professionally structured betting patterns are identified.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Bets placed on live markets may be suspended during key moments of play.

8Casino and Games

The Casino section on yo999 includes Live Casino tables — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — Slot Games, Bingo and additional game types. All games operate using standard rules applicable to each game type. For Live Casino games, the physical game equipment and dealer conduct in the studio constitutes the final authority on the outcome of each round.

• Winnings from all casino and game activity are credited to your PKR balance in real time.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection during a live table round — the game outcome will be determined based on the server-recorded state at the point the fault occurred, where applicable.

9Responsible Gaming

• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account is a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Unusual betting patterns, collusion or bonus abuse has occurred.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit made to the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, yo999 will communicate with the account holder through the registered contact details to outline the reason for suspension and any steps required to resolve the matter. Where closure is final, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding bets and the removal of any bonus funds will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting yo999 support. Accounts with outstanding bets will remain active until all bets are settled before closure is finalised.

11Privacy
